I looked up “plumbing woes” in Google images and came back with this, which I suppose accurately depicts our feelings.

Maybe they do this now, but I wish there had been a course in college that went over Actual Life Realities. Such as how when you have a home, you end up spending way more time and money than you can possibly fathom.
