What do you do for self-care?

We’re always told we SHOULD, but so often don’t DO.

Slow down. Take care of yourself. You’re no good to anybody else if you’re not good to yourself. Five minutes, just five minutes, it’ll make a world of difference!

We hear (and say) a lot of things.

  1. Not enough of anything at present. I will honestly say that I am not setting myself that important time for self-care. Maybe I need spend a little less time online 🙈

      But I hear you. Managing ourselves seems to always be an “I’ll get to it later” aspect of our busy lives. Add in stigma piled high the moment anyone dares to say they did something solely for themselves, and boom, conflict.
